Four course dinner with Zack Blair and Executive Chef Brandon Schatko. 

Zachary Blair is the Head Barkeep and Beverage Supervisor at KANU LOUNGE at the award-winning Whiteface Lodge in Lake Placid, New York. Recognized as a top mixologist of NY, Zachary turns to the current seasons and the resort’s environment when creating his cocktails, which have been featured in USA Today, Cigar Aficionado, and Cheers among other publications. He has also been a featured mixologist in Chilled and head judge at Barred: The Adirondack Bartenders Challenge.



Food: Fresh oyster selection with pickled gala apple, scallion, and caviar

Drink: Apple cider with prosecco, cinnamon, and pickled apple



Food: Bitter greens salad with frisee, grilled endive, grapefruit, fried goat cheese, smoked almonds, and minus 8 vinaigrette

Drink: Tequila, Suze, grapefruit, soda, egg white and sage



Food: Lamb short rib with coffee, root vegetable puree, herb salad, parsley vinaigrette, and mint-sun dried cherry compote

Drink: Manhattan with bourbon, ginger, and thyme



Food: Spiced Banana mousse, bourbon caramel, meringue, and hazelnut brittle

Drink: Somrus (Indian Spice Liquor), rum, cream, soda, and saffron
