Christopher Locke was nominated for a 2016 James Beard Award. A graduate of The Court of Master Sommeliers, Chris is the Beverage Manager/Sommelier at the Whiteface Lodge in Lake Placid. "The Promise" is the name of his latest cuvée, a Bordeaux-style red blend Chris designed during a recent trip to France. "The Promise" will be available exclusively at the Whiteface Lodge. Chris is the Nonfiction Editor of Slice Magazine in Brooklyn and his latest book, ORDINARY GODS, is a collection of travel essays detailing almost 20 years spent exploring Latin America.
